Patricia serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at MAPS, where she plays a pivotal role in managing and directing all operational activities in MAPS. In her capacity as COO, Patricia leads a highly skilled team of technical professionals focused on providing effective and robust solutions to meet a diverse range of business challenges. Her leadership ensures that MAPS consistently delivers innovative, tailor-made digital solutions that meet the complex needs of clients across sectors, including education and healthcare.
Patricia’s approach to operations is deeply rooted in her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. She oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation and solution design to final implementation and ongoing support. Under her strategic guidance, MAPS has successfully helped clients optimise their processes and enhance their service delivery. Patricia’s expertise in managing cross-functional teams and her keen understanding of regulatory requirements have positioned MAPS as a trusted partner for organisations seeking to leverage technology for better outcomes.
Patricia holds a degree in Law and French and a Masters in Law from University College Cork. Patricia qualified to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006 and worked as a Practicing Solicitor in Private Practice until 2008, when she joined MAPS as Contracts and Tenders Manager. Patricia is also an accomplished researcher in the area of European Environmental law; academic experience includes tutoring and lecturing.
