Business Analyst and Software Test Specialist

Mark is a Business Analyst and Software Test Specialist at MAPS. In this role, Mark takes the lead on the MAPS helpdesk as the first line of support. Email or phone queries are followed up with and escalated if necessary and monthly reports are prepared for management.

Mark is also an ISTQB qualified software tester who participates in tests of new software releases and patches.

As part of the quality team, Mark participates in monthly internal audits as well as various other quality related tasks.

In his role as business analyst at MAPS, Mark has worked on a project for the UCD Compensations & Benefits Officer, calculating, inputting and verifying pension increases.

Mark holds a BSc Science Degree and a H.Dip in Software Development and Design from National University of Ireland, Galway.
