Recruitment Approval System

The Recruitment Approval System (RecruitA+) was developed to automate the Employee Control Committee (ECC) job approval process within hospitals, thus eliminating the need for hard copy submissions and reducing the associated workload on stakeholders.

RecruitA+ also allows for the tracking of job post recruitment campaigns and candidates. The Tracker Reports can be used to reliably track recruitment deficits, trends and performance across the organisation to inform decision making and workforce planning.

The system provides a reliable source for tracking the number of vacancies across sites and departments for local and national reporting. As a modern web application, RecruitA+ is deployed on enterprise architecture. The system features simple, intuitive navigation and provides workflow email notifications to keep users updated. Role-specific controlled user access ensures that users have appropriate permissions, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the recruitment data.
